Installation & Application

Mounting Methods:

• Press-Fit Installation: Rout a groove approximately 20.2-20.4mm wide and 8mm deep into the woodwork or cabinetry. The groove is slightly narrower than the profile’s overall width, allowing the ribbed sides of the aluminum profile to grip the material securely by friction.
• Secure Fit: Press the profile directly into the prepared groove. The serrated/ribbed side walls provide additional holding force without requiring visible mounting clips.
• Adhesive Support: Adhesive can be used where additional fixing is required, depending on the substrate and installation conditions.

Ideal Application Places:

• Under-cabinet lighting at the front edge of kitchen cabinets.
• Shelving and closet lighting where a recessed, low-profile installation is preferred.
• Luxury display cases and furniture requiring integrated linear lighting.
• Cabinet and millwork applications where the 45° angle directs light toward the work surface or display area while reducing direct glare.
• Projects where the wide trim flange helps conceal minor imperfections or chipped edges from routing.
