LEDLINEA specializes in LED aluminum profiles, linear lighting components and related products.
Our online shop provides selected products in small quantities for convenient international ordering. For larger quantities, longer lengths, regular supply, resale requirements or project-specific purchasing, customers are welcome to contact the LEDLINEA team for a suitable quotation and supply arrangement.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, images, specifications and availability shown on the website are accurate.
Minor differences in color, finish, extrusion appearance or product packaging may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, lighting conditions, screen settings or normal production variation.
Please review the product specifications carefully before placing an order.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products sold through this shop are LED aluminum profile products and related accessories. LED strips, power supplies, controllers and other electrical components are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.
3. Product Availability
Products displayed as available for purchase are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, specification, availability or description errors. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer before dispatch to confirm whether the order should proceed.
If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will provide a refund for the amount paid for the unavailable order.
4. Prices and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed in the online shop are in United States Dollars (USD).
Where a product is offered with delivered or DDP shipping, the price shown at checkout is intended to reflect the applicable product and standard delivery charges for the selected destination.
Certain exceptional charges may arise from circumstances such as incorrect delivery information, remote-area surcharges, address changes, storage, delivery refusal, special handling or other circumstances outside the normal delivery process.
If an exceptional shipping issue is identified before dispatch and requires a material additional charge, we will contact the customer before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
5. Orders
Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted when LEDLINEA confirms the order and/or begins processing it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving:
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- unavailable inventory;
- destination restrictions;
- suspected fraudulent or abusive activity;
- payment or verification problems;
- shipping restrictions; or
- circumstances that make fulfillment commercially or legally impractical.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers. Such providers may apply their own terms, security procedures and privacy policies.
An order may not be dispatched until the required payment has been successfully received.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Selected 1-meter products are normally shipped by international air transportation with door-to-door delivery.
Depending on the destination, package dimensions, weight, service availability and other logistical factors, the shipment may be handled by DHL, UPS, FedEx or another suitable international carrier.
Estimated delivery time for standard 1-meter orders is generally 10–15 business days, although actual delivery times may vary.
For 2-meter, 2.5-meter, 3-meter or other longer profiles, air shipping may involve substantially higher long-package or dimensional charges. Longer-length orders should therefore be quoted directly by LEDLINEA before purchase.
Sea freight may be available for larger or less time-sensitive orders. Customers may contact LEDLINEA for sea freight arrangements and project quotations.

8. DDP and Import Charges
Where the order is explicitly offered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or equivalent delivered basis, the quoted delivered price is intended to include the normal import duties and taxes handled through the selected delivery arrangement.
The customer remains responsible for providing complete and accurate consignee information and any information reasonably required for customs or delivery processing.
Additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information, delivery refusal, address changes, storage, repeated delivery attempts, special local handling or similar circumstances may not be included.
Import treatment may vary by destination. Where mandatory local laws require a different treatment of taxes, customs charges or consumer fees, those mandatory requirements will apply.
9. Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed dates.
Delays may occur because of customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, transport disruption, government procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A delay does not automatically constitute a failure to perform the contract.
10. Inspection and Damaged Goods
Customers should inspect the package and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If products arrive visibly damaged, customers should retain the original packaging and contact LEDLINEA promptly with:
- the order number;
- photographs of the outer packaging;
- photographs of the damaged products; and
- a description of the problem.
We will work with the relevant carrier and customer to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
11. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
For customers purchasing as consumers, mandatory consumer protection and withdrawal rights applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction will not be excluded by these Terms & Conditions.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer may have the right to cancel the purchase within the applicable legal period without giving a reason.
Customers requesting a return should contact LEDLINEA before sending products back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Returned products should be unused and in suitable condition, subject to the customer’s statutory rights.
Where permitted by applicable law, return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return may be the customer’s responsibility.
Products that have been cut, installed, modified, damaged through misuse or altered after delivery may be subject to limitations on voluntary returns, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory statutory rights relating to defective, faulty or non-conforming products.
For business purchases, returns are subject to prior written approval unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Product Warranty
Where a product page, quotation or order confirmation expressly provides a warranty, that warranty applies to the relevant product.
Any warranty does not limit mandatory statutory rights that apply to consumers.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, unauthorized modification, unsuitable accessories, external impact, or other conditions outside the intended use of the product.
13. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful purposes;
- interfere with website security or operation;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers or systems;
- submit malicious code or automated abusive requests; or
- use product information or website content in a way that infringes LEDLINEA’s rights.

Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, designs and other materials is owned by or licensed to LEDLINEA.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
15. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, email delivery, analytics, security, fraud prevention and other operational purposes.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEDLINEA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Force Majeure
LEDLINEA will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruption, customs restrictions, government actions, strikes, severe weather, epidemics, infrastructure failures or other similar events.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on this website will apply from the stated effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter orders that have already been accepted unless required by applicable law.
19. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s jurisdiction apply, those mandatory rights will continue to apply.
